- Select Option 1 (My Services) from the menu.
- Choose Parking from the available services.

- If you select Parking for New, enter your vehicle registration number as prompted.
- Select your vehicle category. Options include: Private/Saloon, Canter Pickup (2-4.9 tons), Trailers (above 10 tons), Lorries (5-9.9 tons)
- Select the payment period. Options include Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, Half a Year, or Yearly.
- Choose your parking zone. Available zones include CBD, Nyali, Likoni, Kisauni, Changamwe, Jomvu, Shimanzi, Old Town, and KPA Gate 9.
- Confirm your payment by selecting Accept or Reject as prompted.
- You will receive an STK push notification on your phone. Enter your Mpesa PIN to authorize the transaction.
- Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation SMS. Keep this message as proof of payment.
